Below mentioned Terms & Conditions are related to the services offered to you referred as a (Customer) by Royal Blue Tour LLC (The Company).
The main and primary services offered by the company includes the provision of the sight-seeing tours by carrying vehicle, guided walking tour at certain points, passesnger-carrying riverboats.
Our bus tour includes the different language options, but the tickets and confirmation emails will be only generated in English and all the communication from Royal Blue Tour and to Royal blue Tour will be done in English only.
Electronic Ticket (E-Ticket)
All tickets purchased from the Royal Blue Tour Website will be issued electronically and confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail, the customer needs to bring the printed copy of the confirmation received by the company and present it to the member/staff of the Royal Blue Tour at the boarding point.
Customers travelling with an e-ticket purchased must present the printed e-ticket along with the credit card used to purchase the tickets along with the valid ID card of the Main Traveler, whose name is mentioned on e-ticket. The customer should present their e-ticket to the uniformed staff of Royal Blue Tour, which will be exchanged with a valid Ticket to travel at the time of boarding the bus.
The company reserved all the rights to accept or reject any e-ticket presented by the traveler without either credit card or valid photo ID.
TICKETS TO TRAVEL
The customer should purchase or get his e-ticket exchanged with a valid ticket at the time of boarding and must present it for inspection carried out timely by an authorized official of Royal Blue Tour. As their will be no replacement of ticket issued and so, customers are requested to keep their tickets safe. The customer without a valid ticket will be not allowed/ permitted to use any of Royal Blue Tour services.
The ticket enables our customer to use our services during operational hours for 24 hours commencing at the time the Customer first boards the bus. When the ticket expires the Customer must either leave the tour at the next available opportunity or purchase another ticket. In case a customer wants to rejoin the tour in the bus other than he boarded within the validity period, seat(s) cannot be guaranteed. Extensions will not be given. Tickets do not guarantee travel on a specific service or at a specific time.
In case of lost of valid ticket, customer must produce the copy of e-Ticket, either electronically or a print to avoid paying full ticket charges again. Absence of either a Valid Ticket or an e-Ticket will be considered as travelling without ticket.
DEPARTURE POINTS AND TIMES
Although the service time of departure and points remain fixed but as per the circumstances the company might bring a change in the point of departure and time.
The Company reserves the right to change the route of a service where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Full refund of ticket(s) purchased online can be made at least 48 hours prior to the departure time of selected bus. Deduction of 50% will be made in case the refund is requested between 12 hours to 48 hours of the departure time. No refund will be allowed after the lapse of above-mentioned timelines.
ACCIDENT OR LOSS
Passengers are required to take care of all personal property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss. Company is only responsible for the uncertain accident or death caused by their mistake.
When a ticket is purchased from the ticket agent, any query or information should be communicated to the agent itself and not the company.
We on our own decisions can require any person to exit from a tour if we notice their conduct to be offensive to other passengers, or if they behave in such a way as to put a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
